Optimum Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with this leading employer in York who are looking to appoint a Senior Company Secretarial Assistant to maintain progress and standards within the department.
Reporting to the Deputy Company Secretary you will help to maintain an efficient and professional Company Secretarial function across the Group. As well as the usual company secretarial administration, the role involves share scheme administration and pension and life assurance administration. You will help to maintain governance processes across the Group and the Group’s corporate website.
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious person with excellent communication skills, committed to developing a career in the Company Secretarial field. To be successful in this role you will have strong attention to detail, a commercial outlook and be able to work effectively as part of a small, motivated team.
As the successful candidate you will ideally be part/recently fully ICSA qualified or hold a relevant degree and have some previous company secretarial experience.
Starting salary will be commensurate with experience and ability.
