Optimum Recruitment Group are proud to be working exclusively with a well established and successful business based in York City Centre, who are looking to appoint two temporary, fixed term contracts for Operational Support Assistants to support the team for a period of approximately 3 months. This could potentially be extended.

The role will require you to deliver excellent customer service, fulfilling all service elements to a high quality and on time. You will be expected to work as a part of a team and undertake task that require you to work individually in order to fulfil objectives set.

You will be the first point of call for customer enquiries and questions including brochure requests, fulfilling data / information confirmation and taking payments. You will also complete a variety of administrative duties in support of the customer services department including management of the customer services email inbox.

The role would suit someone with a proven track record of working within a customer service environment, preferably from a telephone based background.  You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional IT skills.

Salary dependant on skills and experience.
